The Stories That Shape Me

20 years with Comic Relief. Thousands of faces. Countless stories.

For over two decades, I had the privilege of working with Comic Relief, photographing major celebrity campaigns, Red Nose Day, Sport Relief, television productions and press campaigns.

My work took me from the fast-paced world of studios and celebrity shoots to travelling across Africa, South America and Asia alongside film crews, documenting the people and communities at the heart of the appeals.

Two very different worlds, connected by one thing: the power of storytelling.

Those experiences shaped not only my career as a photojournalist, but the way I connect with people.

I've learnt to work instinctively, stay calm under pressure, put people at ease and find the moments that reveal something genuine, whether I'm photographing a celebrity, a world leader or someone sharing their story for the very first time.

It's not just about taking a great photograph. It's about understanding the person in front of you.

Today, I bring everything those experiences taught me into my work with businesses, brands and individuals. The ability to connect, to see beyond the obvious and to create images that make people feel something.

Because the most powerful stories aren't manufactured. They're revealed.

You don't have to be a global brand or a household name to have a story worth telling.

Whether you're building your personal brand, bringing your team into the spotlight or creating a campaign that deserves to be seen, I'd love to help you reveal what makes you different.

Tell me a little about what you're working on. We can explore some ideas, what you'd like to achieve and how photography and film could help bring your story to life.
